When we perform adjustments on our patients, we do so to switch bodies out of a ‘stress state’ and back into a mode where the body and muscles are able to relax, releasing the correct amount of energy they need to function instead of being tense and tight. Adjustments provide your body with the clearest connection between the nervous system and brain, which is necessary as we head into the final stretch of this year.
